Women in Finance Mentorship programme 

UCL’s first and only programme dedicated to helping female first year students gain a Spring Week.

The programme aims to:

​

  • Create a community of driven and ambitious students to inspire and aid each other

  • Provide opportunities and resources to explore career paths and get inspired

  • Build and foster long-lasting relationships between mentees and mentors

  • Provide assistance and guidance with Spring Week applications
